You can get infected with it, and you should protect yourself from it in the same way as from other viruses – wash your hands more often. In particular, we are talking about adenoviruses 36 and 37. According to scientists, the spread of the problem of obesity could not be caused only by improper nutrition and lack of proper physical activity. Most likely, adenoviruses also played a big role. After all, obesity is spreading at an unprecedented rate – akin to infectious rats.
